Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Center case will be taken before the Supreme Court. The issue before the High Court is whether or not Mississippi's ban on abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy is constitutional.

The Court is being asked to uphold the law and overturn its infamous 1973 decision of Roe v. Wade. This is a landmark case because the Roe decision will be gutted if the Court upholds the law without specifically overturning Roe.

Argument on this case will be held on December 1, 2021, and a rally supporting Mississippi will be held that morning and throughout the day in front of the Supreme Court. Crossroads encourages attendance and most importantly prayer.
